my name is Ilona (pronounced Ee-lona, so you know!) and I am a experienced and passionate coach who works with people to help them uncover their purpose and develop their leadership style.

I can help you overcome your limitations and help you to transform from that stuck spot to magical acceleration.

I use a range of tools to help you uncover the unhelpful beliefs that could be holding you back from going after the things you truly want in your lifetime. When working with you I am fully present in being the best thought partner to help you get unstuck and move toward the things you desire.

This all comes from years of my own inner work to get out of my own way, and uncovering what truly makes me light up inside.
